Ready in: 25 min
Yields: Serves 4 people

  • 8 slices Bruschetta chocolate chip bread
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 cup creamer
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Add Creamer, whole milk, vanilla extract, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves in a large bowl and whisk until everything is mixed well.

Note: you may use butter or nonstick spray so that your French toast will not stick to your griddle I prefer the butter egg gives the French toast a better taste. Also your griddle or skillet should be set too low as not to burn French toast
When mixture is mixed well you would take chocolate chip brochette bread and lay bread in mixture let sit in mixture for a few seconds on each side then move bread to your griddle or skillet let bread cook until egg has formed on bread.

A handful of spinach

Note: skillet should be on low and you can add nonstick spray or butter so eggs will not stick to skillet

Crack all four eggs into two small bowl set aside.
Chop Sweet peppers, mushrooms, spinach and tomato and add to eggs then add parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, Salt, cilantro, and lemon pepper to mixture, mix well and add to skillet to cook.
